Katrinia Kraemer FNP-BC
Katrinia Kraemer is the founder and lead clinician at Shores Health, where she provides compassionate, modern primary care through a direct care model. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner-and previously board-certified as a Holistic Nurse Practitioner-she blends evidence-based medicine with a whole-person perspective that considers the mind, body, soul, and environment. This approach allows her to partner with patients to optimize overall health and wellness, not just address symptoms.
Her career spans a wide range of specialties, including family practice, HIV and infectious disease, sexual health, wound care, pain management, orthopedic trauma, and case management. This broad foundation gives her the versatility to care for patients with diverse needs while maintaining her focus on preventive care and long-term health.
Beyond her clinical practice, Katrinia dedicated nearly a decade to humanitarian service in war-torn countries such as Iraq, Syria, and Turkey, where she provided healthcare to displaced populations and survivors of genocide. She also spent time in Peru volunteering in an orphanage and delivering medical care in a remote village, experiences that shaped her enduring commitment to service and global health. Closer to home, she continues to give back through volunteer work with several local organizations in St. Augustine.
Katrinia founded Shores Health to create a healthcare experience built on accessibility, trust, and genuine connection. Patients value her approachable style, clear communication, and dedication to integrating both evidence-based medicine and holistic wellness into their care. Whether through telehealth, mobile visits, or personalized in-person care, she meets patients where they are-literally and figuratively-to support their well-being.
