After-Hours & Emergencies-Shores Health, PLLC provides non-emergency primary care. For life-threatening or urgent medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For non-emergency issues after hours, established patients may contact us via our phone number 904-495-1610. We monitor after-hours messages and will provide a prompt and reasonable response; however, response times may vary and are not for emergencies. If your conditions worsen before you receive a response, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Telehealth visits are provided in accordance with Florida law. Records of telehealth services are maintained to the same standard as in-person care.
